Order / Back Order Status
Where's my order?
Depending on where you live, you should receive
your order within 5 to 10 business days. West coast destinations take
about 3-5 days. Midwest destinations take 5 to 8 business days. East
coast destinations take 8-10 business days. If these time periods have
been exceeded and you have not received your order, call Customer
Service at: 1-877-880-0170. Or contact us by email. We will track your order and either provide you an expected delivery date or reship a replacement.
Note: we stock all items listed on our web site and typically ship orders within 48 hours.
When do I get my back ordered items?
If an item is ever
back-ordered, there will be an expected delivery date noted noted on
your invoice. However, if the back ordered item is a result of a
manufacturing problem, the wait may be much longer. If we feel that the
item you ordered will be delayed more time than expected, we will notify
you by mail. At any time before we ship your back order, you may cancel
your back order or substitute it with another item. To check the status
of a back order, call Customer Care at 1-877-880-0170 Or you may contact
us by email. Be sure to include your name, zip code and a brief description of the item in question.
When do I get charged for a back order and can I cancel it?
If you order an item that is temporarily out-of-stock and we back order it, charges or credits are treated differently depending how you originally paid. If you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged for the back ordered item until the day we ship it. You may notify us to cancel a back order at any time before we ship it. If you paid by check or similar method, your account will carry a credit until we ship the back ordered item. You may cancel your back order any time before it ships. You may then request a refund check or apply your credit toward another purchase. If a back order is shipped to an address in the Continental USA, you will not be charged a second shipping charge.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
I received a damaged or incorrect item. How do I get this resolved?
Please call Customer Care
at 1-877-880-0170. You may also contact us by email. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, zip code and a brief description of the product in question. We will reship the damaged or correct item to you and make arrangements for the return of the one you received.
I received my order and I'm missing an item.
First, make sure the missing item is not marked back ordered under the (B/O) column on the receipt enclosed in the package. If not, and you are missing the item, contact us and we will immediately ship the time (at no cost to you, of course!) Or you may request a credit or refund by calling Customer Service at 877-880-0170 You may also contact us by email at. Be sure to include your name, zip code, invoice number and a brief description (including item number) of the missing product.
Shipping
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or General Delivery addresses?
Yes, because we use U.S. Priority Mail, these addresses are the same as any regular street address
Do you ship internationally?
We use Global Priority
Mail to ship internationally. The usual shipping cost varies between
$12.00 and $16.00 depending on the destination country. Larger orders
will be individually weighed and priced accordingly.

What credit cards do you accept?
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What type of checks do you take?
We accept personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, and money orders.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
No.
Do you need my credit card number every time I call?
No. If you have ordered once, you may simply say, "Credit Card on file." Please supply the expiration date, however, in case it has changed.
Can't Find
an Item You Have Ordered Before
There is a product that I used to order from you, but I no longer see it on the website or in the catalog. Can I still get it?
If possible, we will try
to supply you with the product you liked. Please call our Customer
Service at 877-880-0170 and leave us a complete description of the
product along with your Fax or phone number so we may get back to you.
An e-mail would be fastest.
