Time Release Melatonin |

|
For Insomnia, Anti-Aging, Mood & Stress |
|
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland within the brain. Its levels peak at night and fall during the day, creating the body’s sleep/wake cycle. The level of melatonin in the body decreases with age, therefore low melatonin levels can lead to sleeping difficulties.
Melatonin is best known for its role in promoting sleep, although some studies have shown that it may also slow the effects of aging. It also plays an important role in immune function by activating cancer-fighting cells. A Time Release formula is the best way to take Melatonin. |
● Aids in promoting sleep ● Helps counteract the damaging effects of stress by blocking the negative actions of corticosteroids ● May have anti-aging benefits according to recent studies ● Boosts immune system, especially against cancer ● May enhance libido by regulating sex hormones ● May help protect against degenerative conditions of the brain as in Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease ● Useful in treatment of jet lag
